Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for purchases made on JiMeng Video Studio. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record.

1. Credit Purchases

Credits purchased through JiMeng Video Studio are generally non-refundable once added to your account, except in the circumstances described below. Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.

2. Eligible Refund Circumstances

You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances: (a) Technical failure β€” if a video generation task fails due to a confirmed technical error on our platform or the AI infrastructure, the credits consumed for that task will be automatically refunded to your account balance within 24 hours; (b) Duplicate payment β€” if you were charged multiple times for the same credit package due to a payment processing error; (c) Unauthorized transaction β€” if a purchase was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately; (d) Service unavailability β€” if the Service was completely unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) after your credit purchase.

3. Non-Eligible Circumstances

Refunds are not available for: credits that have already been used to generate videos (regardless of whether you are satisfied with the output); credits remaining in your account if you choose to close your account voluntarily; dissatisfaction with the AI-generated video content, style, or quality (as AI output is inherently variable and we cannot guarantee specific results); failure to use credits within any particular time frame (credits do not expire).

4. Automatic Credit Refunds

When a video generation task fails due to a technical error, our system automatically detects the failure and refunds the consumed credits to your account balance. You will see the refund reflected in your transaction history within 24 hours. No action is required on your part.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for eligible circumstances (other than automatic credit refunds), please contact us through the platform's support channels with: your account email address, the date of the transaction, the transaction amount, and a description of the issue. We will review your request within 5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved monetary refunds are processed by Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Credit refunds to your account balance are processed immediately upon approval.

7. Paddle as Merchant of Record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. If you have billing disputes or payment-related questions, you may also contact Paddle directly at paddle.com. Paddle's own refund policies may apply in addition to this policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
