By creating an account or using JiMeng Video Studio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
JiMeng Video Studio provides an AI-powered video generation platform that allows users to create short videos from text prompts or reference images. The Service is powered by Seedance 2.0 (即梦 AI 3.0 Pro), developed by ByteDance. We act as an independent reseller and are not affiliated with ByteDance.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
The Service operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are purchased in advance and deducted upon video generation. Pricing is $0.50 USD per second of generated video (5-second video: $2.50; 10-second video: $5.00). All prices are in US Dollars. Credits do not expire and are non-transferable. Payments are processed securely by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record.
You retain ownership of any prompts or images you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for video generation. You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to refuse or remove content that violates these terms without notice or refund.
Generated videos are provided to you under a non-exclusive, worldwide license for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms. The underlying AI model, platform software, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying model.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Video generation depends on third-party AI infrastructure and may be subject to queuing, delays, or temporary outages. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that generated videos will meet your expectations, be error-free, or be suitable for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JiMeng Video Studio and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, unused credits may be refunded at our discretion in accordance with our Refund Policy. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
